Free being me

Free being me was about people having self confidence about their selves.

So first we talked about it doesn't matter if you are too big, too short, too small or too skinny.
Then we as a group we described a perfect princess and you can never have a perfect princess.

After tea we made fortune tellers, an air brushing work sheet, wrote about who is my role model and a free being me pledge card.

I learnt that it doesn't matter if you are different and I can be me and achieve my dreams.

BY GRACE

The most wonderful time of the day (tea time)!!

Today for tea we had pasta bolognaise it was very nice we also had garlic bread and salad.
For afters we had plain cheese cake with either chocolate or toffee sauce.

tea was very nice!

Lauren's talking again!!

tea was very hot!!!

Gangster Granny wide game

After lunch we did a wide game it was really fun and hard. We were Ben and Granny from Gangsta Granny finding the crown jewels.

In the wide game there were 7 challenges.

Here are some pictures of them.

Finding Granny's scrabble tiles to spell out David Walliams

Being a mobility scooter carrying Ben and Granny to London

Diving through the Thames

Through the lasers of the Tower of London

Getting Granny her cabbages for tea

Making Gangsta Granny a zimmer frame

My most favourite game was the  one were we had get some water from one side to the other then when you have filled up the tube there will be a pot of jewels (that were very tasty(they were actually quality street)).

When we came inside, we made the wrappers into the crown jewels.

Do you think the Queen would like them?

The welcoming to Hautbois House

We are on Pack Holiday at Hautbois House in Norfolk near Norwich. Our Pack Holiday is all about David Walliams' books. We are from Beccles in Suffolk - 1st Beccles Brownies, 3rd Beccles Brownies and 3rd Beccles Guides.

Izzy and Grace are writing this blog to get our Guide Communicator badge.

We got here today (25th October) and are staying until Friday.

First we had a welcoming talk from Lara who told us where to go if there is a fire.

We made rats out of socks from the story Ratburger.

Then we made a picture of our self's, we drew us in the cloths that we are going to wear on Thursday. We all have characters from The World's Worst Children. Our leaders say this is because we are horrible (but we're not really!).

Grace's character is Gruesome Grace and I am Invincible Izzy.
